Senior Project Manager High Voltage (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Establish the project execution approach and oversee project hand-over, execution planning as well as monitoring and control activities to accomplish all project goals
-Define all project plan documents including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans
-Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization
-Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued
-Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management
-Act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
-Manage project with an EPC approach, considering claim and opportunity management
-Set-up, support, lead (SMART) goals and maintain a reporting rhythm/system allowing for cost and schedule transparency - starting with the project kick off meeting

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-You combine a Master´s degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering at the ETH Zurich or similar with commercial training
-Profound experience in project management - preferably in the high voltage GIS industry including field experience
-Knowledge of front and back office experience
-Project management certification is beneficial
-Fluency in English, Spanish language skills are beneficial
-Pro-active, open and people-oriented personality with a hands-on approach and international exposure
-Good communicator and problem solver
