Senior Project Manager for Legal Entities

Projektbeschreibung
Our client, one of the major financial institutions in Zurich, is looking for Senior Project Manager for Legal Entities.
The project is a regulatory initiative that aims to establish a new governance, processes/system and finally an inventory for all bank licenses across all legal entities globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- You should be able to synchronize the project with Steering Committee and key stakeholders
- You will build in new Governance in line with existing structure/policies and overarching bank governance
- You should be responsible for the process definition including roles and responsibilities of all involved stakeholders
- You should be able to improve existing IT solution (requirements definition, specification, support IT implementation)
- You will be responsible for the data gathering and recording maintenance processes
Ideal Profile:
- Mandatory is at least 5 years of hands-on and practical project- and process management experience
- Solid background in leading of multi cultural initiatives
- Excellent collaboration with global and remote teams regarding change management projects
- Obligatory is a practice regarding regulatory topics with legal and compliance focus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Effective influencing & facilitation skills - collaborative sparring partner for senior management
- Confident & professional communication style
- Proven leadership experiences in dealing with globalGerman is a beneficial advantage
