IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Lead the IT carve-out activities
-Interact with various stakeholders across multiple functions and at all organisational levels
-Determination of an approach on a system by system basis and include design and management of transition processes and services
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent
-Experience and knowledge of IT project- and program-management
-Previous experience in complex IT carve-outs and integrations and strong knowledge of best practices and procedures
-Knowledge of best practice approaches, especially for separation of regulated systems
-Experience in IT carve-out activities related to M&A to lead a project to de-couple IT systems
-Good understanding of IT migration procedures
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience with modern communication and collaboration platforms
