Senior Project Manager (Estates & Construction)

We require a Senior Project Manager for an initial 3 month contract role based on a client site with travel as required to start ASAP...

Essential skills/experience required:
Ideally possess current security clearance to SC or DV level
Previous experience of reviewing estates (worldwide) and supporting the infrastructure and security around those estates.
Estate and security design and delivery
Estate management
Surveying and reviewing estates experience
Membership of one of the following: RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStruct E, CIBSE
At least 5 years experience in managing major construction projects from inception to completion.
Experience in using NEC3 contracts and documentation in procuring construction
Able to demonstrate a significant knowledge of Estate and Security design and delivery
Programme and project management methods and their application on the design, development and implementation of programmes for Estate and Security projects

Role:
To be responsible for reviewing estates worldwide and supporting the infrastructure/security around those estates
To carry out vulnerability surveys as required
To be able to review the estate as a whole or as sections bit by bit
