IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop and maintain a detailed project plan
-Liaise with and update progress to relevant stakeholders
-Provide leadership to the Project Team: trigger motivation, keep all team members informed, support, settle conflicts, etc.
-Set scope and expectations and define target metrics and timeframe
-Record and manage project risks and issues, propose corrective actions when needed and escalating where necessary
-Estimate project costs, internal and external costs, review in a regular basis in order to have an accurate latest budget estimation
-Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound project experience in project management (similar projects highly preferred)
-Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
-Ability to easily interact with IT, define common governance, framework, goals and build project environment with excellent collaboration between Business and IT project team
-Good level of understanding of Warehouse processes is a must and how they are impacted by serialization and aggregation is highly desired
-Excellent negotiation skills as with advanced track & trace for Pharma
-Customer-facing experience (build relationships with wide range of stakeholders, including all project contributors)
-Pharma experience
