SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is responsible for execution of the NetSuite ERP implementation project.  Must possess ability to deliver results when provided end goals from Senior Project Manager; including developing detailed plans, managing resources and follow through to completion. Experience managing ERP implementation projects, NetSuite experience is preferred.  Position reports to Sr. Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to manage multi-dimensional project plan including ERP implementation, Legacy data cleansing and conversion; and process re-engineering.
- Expertise in the use of MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.
- Identification of risks and issues and escalation as appropriate
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems and technology organizations.
- Demonstrate and apply excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
- Strong end-to-end delivery
- Communicates program status to Senior Project Manager regularly

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems with a strong understanding of Finance or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with a strong understanding of Information Technology
- Project management experience with ERP implementations
- 5+ years of IT project management experience and best practice application system experience
- Prioritization of business initiatives and resource allocation recommendations and deployment
- Visibilities, alignment, change control and tracking around business initiatives
- Operating in a global, highly complex and fast changing environment
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Access proficiency
