LOCATION: MADRID, SPAIN.
On behalf of my client, a Global and renowned Banking organisation, I am looking for a Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager for involvement on a full cycle Banking Platform Implementation project. Ideally you will have a background in Financial Services and have touched upon Core Banking/Finance Platforms or large scale Systems integration/implementation projects. Due to the early stage of this project, this is a great opportunity for a long-term contract.
You will have excellent stakeholder management, at all levels and would have previously delivered complex software Platform Projects and/or Systems Integrations, from scope to BAU. A structured Project Management methodology such as; PRINCE, PMP, PMI AGILE etc is also required.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE;
- Take ownership for the delivery of allocated projects to time, cost and quality
- Agree project objectives, scope and project initiation
- Identify, track and manage project risks, interdependencies and change
- Ensure the project aims and scope are adhered to
- Act as a first point of contact for project communication, updates and service transition
- Attend Programme meetings, ensuring that any new Product functionalities and enhancements are delivered
- Take responsibility for ongoing product enhancements and improvements.
- Report progress to the client, track/measure project milestones, outputs and outcomes
- Communicate to the central Project Office ensuring full visibility of project delivery
- Manage the project close down process
ROLE EXPERIENCE WOULD INCLUDE;
- Solid full cycle Project Management experience, ideally from; Financial Services, Banking, Platform Implementation, Systems Integration background etc.
- Solid Stakeholder Management experience across all levels
- Proven background of managing and prioritising multiple, con-current projects.
- Ideally would have worked in a complex and fast paced technical environment
- Previous experience of working across enterprise wide business transformation
