MY DUTIES:

-Provide project management expertise and operational support to MS programs teams, to build an accurate project plan with supporting documentation
-With guidance of the WWBrand Medical Director, provide project management expertise and operational support for complex, multi indication / MS programs and build accurate plans and documentation
-Provide a wide range of hands-on planning and operational support to the Global Medical Affairs Team (GMAT)
-Ensure creation and alignment of integrated project plans
-Translate project strategy into realistic, line function aligned plans (scope, timelines, external cost, operational scenarios) with support of Functional Planner and Trial Forecast Manager
-Responsible for ensuring aligned global medical affairs plans are complete and accurately reflected

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound industry experience
-Significant experience in a lead role in a cross-functional setting
-Experience with project management tools
-Strong understanding of the drug development process
-Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality with demonstrated ability to facilitate /optimize contribution of team members as individuals and members of cohesive solution orientated team
-Established negotiation, coaching, influence and communication skills, able to naturally bridge scientific and business participants
-Track record in enabling effective cross-functional and cross-country collaboration
-Well established track record in working across a matrix organization and demonstrated skills in building partnerships, negotiating agreements
-Excellent English skills required (oral & written)
