Senior Project Manager - Digital Working (Brussels)

Within Brand, Communications and Quality (BCQ), the Corporate Communications department, the team e-Communication Channels aims to support all
function and business activities in leveraging the business growth and the brand value of our company, both internally and externally:
- Leverage the potential of Digital to create business added value and to position BNP Paribas Fortis as a key and innovative brand.
- Develop the E-Communication Channel portfolio of services while ensuring its cost-efficiency, with appropriate governance and pooling of both processes and technology to create

synergies.
- Provide intelligence on new technologies to propose innovative solutions and foster technology breakthrough to address the

needs of functions and Businesses and fully encompass the Digital change.
- Promote a Digital Culture and the necessary mindset to support the main upcoming changes in the financial industry

In this context, the team has received the mission to launch and manage the program Digital Working in all its dimensions. The program
is divided in 2 projects:
1. Mobile Offer:
- Mobile Devices: Propose a multi-devices offer to employees including competitive Telecom packages and services aligned with local and Group policies
- Network Access: Improve WIFI and broadband network in facilities accessible to bank-authorized devices.
- Enterprise Mobile Store : Setup an internal application store fulfilling business mobile needs fully integrated with BNP Paribas Group environment.

2. Collaborative Tools:
- Propose real-time conversation remotely.
- Promote convergence of landlines and mobile telephony
- Share and interact to improve collective efficiency (Shared Workplace, Corporate Social Network)

Function Description
Responsibilities:
° The successful candidate will report to the Mobile Offer Project Manager
° Define the project key objectives, deliverables and planning
° Report on the project progress to Program Management and Steering Committee.
° Definition of the constraints and needs of key involved entities (Tax, HR, IT, Business entities)
° Definition of the implementation strategy and vision including description of:
- Users profiles
- Devices (type + equipment)
- Integration of public mobile applications available on the Apple app store into the Enterprise Mobile Store
- Telecom Bundles

° Definition of business process for the mobile device management service, rollout and follow-up with the external service provider
° Elaboration of the deployment plan & impact analysis on existing process
° Close follow-up with IT Project Managers to ensure end-user delivery.
° Evaluation of the related Business Case to ensure a cost-efficient plan
° Alignment with all BNPPF stakeholders (Businesses & Functions)
° Alignment with the Group policy
° Definition and implementation of KPI's
° Workshops organisation and facilitation
° Coordination and follow-up with Program Management representatives in Paris

Expected deliverables:
° Business process models
° Support documents for workshops
° Executive summary/minutes after workshops
° Project management documentation (planning, project status, reporting to Steering Committee, …)
° Executive summary presentations for Steering Committee and/or Executive Committee

At least 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience

° Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (Prince 2)
° Experience in defining end-to-end business processes
° Experience in defining business requirements and link with technical specifications Tools, experience of:
° MS Project
° MS Sharepoint
° MS Visio (or other modelling tools)

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Experience with vendor management and/or outsourcing of managed services
° Experience in process analysis, design, implementation
° and monitoring
° Strong marketing mindset, uses and added-value oriented
° Experience & strong fit with mobile environment and mobile apps development (Preferably)
° Experience in project management within BNP Paribas Fortis (Preferably)
