Senior Project Manager - Digital Protect

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Lead the development of the project business case, facilitate its approval and manage the project within the allocated budget
- Ensure that the delivery of new security authentication solution, from the project, balances business/customer outcomes with risk considerations
- Monitor and control progress at a project level and provide regular reports on status

Identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses - Lead direct reports and manage assigned staff to enable effective project delivery, monitoring and maintaining project team coherence whilst holding individuals accountable
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, senior managers, group and other key stakeholders; anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in security from a customer authentication perspective
- Familiarity with topics like one time passwords and tokens would be an asset
- Experience should involve security for a customer facing professional applications (web or mobile)
- 5+ years previous Project Management Experience gained across a variety of project types (or related senior business management experience)
- Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building and motivating the Project team, ability to balance program/project, staff and personal needs
