Senior Project Manager Digital Media
My client, an investment bank, requires a Senior Project Manager Digital Media for to build the future digital ecosystem of their bank.
The responsibilities for this job role:
-Determination of the digital touch points needed within bank's content ecosystem
-Development of the business requirements, in collaboration with business responsible
-Search for internal resources (IT) and external resources to support development (possibly pitch for digital agency).
-Determine interdependencies between all building blocks of the digital ecosystem and guarantee a consistent user experience throughout all building blocks.
-Determine KPI's and make sure tracking/reporting of the entire customer journey is foreseen throughout the entire ecosystem
Project management:
-Determination & setup of project governance, back timings, coordination of all stakeholders, reporting/communication of the project progress
Candidates must have extensive experience in project management and also excellent knowledge of digital media (UX, Content Strategy, Tracking, etc). For this job role candidates have to be fluent in Dutch French and English.
