Senior Project Manager (Czech/Slovak Skills) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Provide project management support for Customer Care workstream that is part of a large transformation project (split of companies)
- Lead meetings of 10+ managers – prepare agenda and material, chair discussions, meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Participate in IT meetings to serve as passive interface for business related topics
- Track and trace progress of individual Customer Care teams 
- Prepare material for regular Board meetings 
- Provide guidance and serve as point for escalation in case any risks, inputs, decisions are required from other project parties
- Other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. monitoring FTE capacity..)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Czech/ Slovak language skills on a business fluent/native level are obligatory
- Very experienced in project management 
- Senior Project management experience
- Experiences in Management-Consulting
- Basic knowledge of Customer Care processes 
- IT experiences of advantage
- Restructuring experiences would be advantageous

REMUNERATION DETAILS :

- Daily rate including all additional costs plus VAT at Prague
