SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER CRM

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the current CRM project at our client in Zurich. This includes project setup, management of feasibility and execution phase as well as coordinating the rollout of the new solution. The aim is to build a new client life cycle management system and replace the existing CRMs. This is a contract assignment in Zurich.

Tasks

- Setup of project, managing communications, moderate kick-off and other meetings. Report to program management, business and delivery sponsor
- Staff and manage project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
- Involve and inform stakeholders (front units, other user groups, management, architecture, etc.)
- Together with business and IT partners prepares the requirement list, solution blueprint, work breakdown structure, risk register, stakeholder map and seeks for approval of this Feasibility Phase
- Following the Feasibility Phase, the candidate manages the execution of the implementation. Including planning, directing and controlling.
- Following the Execution Phase, the candidate manages the technical and functional roll-out to the user base together with his/her business partner and team
- Support program management and participate in the definition, implementation and enhancement of the new strategic Client Lifecycle Management solution

Requirements

- Higher university degree in computer science/business informatics
- 7+ years of experience in leading IT projects within the financial industry sector (preferably with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics)
- Financial industry background (preferably within the Client Relationship Management area)
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
- Well able to coordinate and communicate in an international environment, with teams distributed in several locations and on management level
- Strong analytical skills
- Change management experience in driving organizational changes (international setup) taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
