For a 6 month project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT (4243).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION, PROCESSES AND/OR IT LANDSCAPE
- Background in the lending business/derivatives trading of a financial services company
- Experience in project management and IT implementations from a BUSINESS/CHANGE PERSPECTIVE
- Ability to engage with quantitative experts and flair for risk methodologies and models
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, technical flair
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, German is a strong advantage
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule within the Credit Risk organization (Methodology, Monitoring, Reporting)
- Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders (Credit Officer, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other)
- Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business/Change perspective and in partnership with IT
- Recording, analysis, definition, prioritization and testing of new business requirements
- Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses
- Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
- Lead the strategic discussions with business and IT to drive change
