Senior Project Manager/Consultant

New opportunity to join one ofEurope's leading investment banks as a Senior Project Manager / Consultant. The role of the Senior Project Manager / consultant is to manage the implementation of a lean transformation program; designing and executing organisational and operational improvements on specific projects. The experienced Project Manager and Consultant will demonstrate full project lifecycle coordination and execution of all aspects of the project including; reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.

This is a very interesting and challenging permanent role, suitable for an efficient and strategic Project Manager who will have the responsibility of coaching middle management of the bank on areas of expertise during the diagnose and design phases, and coaching on management skills during implementation. The Consultant / Project Manager must show experience in lean changes projects, and experience within banking would be preferred but is not essential.

You must have a strong and wide reaching IT background and proven experience as a change consultant. This is an exciting senior role, liaising with some of the most senior managers and stakeholders; a great opportunity to demonstrate your strong leadership and coaching skills, in order to provide efficiency and strong problem solving skills when issues occur.

This role is based inLondon.

Salary: 65-100K
