Senior Project Manager (Commercial Loans SME Required)

My Dublin based financial services client is looking a Senior Project Manager with an expertise in Bid/Tender Processes and Commercial Loans within the Banking Sector. You must be an SME within the Banking sector.

JOB PROFILE
Experienced Senior Project Manager required supporting new business activity in commercial loan portfolio management assuming a key role in the delivery of new business including pitch document preparation, formal tender submissions, and implementation projects on-boarding and development of new processes and structures for clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has the ability to work in a fluid environment, has core Project Management experience but also has worked in a sales and client implementation role in Financial services.
An exceptionally strong candidate who is delivery and results focussed is required to drive multiple projects at different stages of maturity and size to successful completion.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 10 years experience in a Commercial Banking environment with experience of working in a project driven environment in a PM capacity;
Experience of overseeing multiple projects/initiatives at different stages of maturity and size;
Client engagement experience including sales, onboarding and development of process
Managing staff across the organisation who are not under line management;
Proven senior stakeholder management experience;
Ideally qualified to degree level;
