Senior Project Manager/Change Management (assist in the Rollout, of the new financial set up, for IKEA Globally)
URGENT. we need CVs by tomorrow or Thursday midday latest!
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist in the FMSP Global Rollout, the assignment is placed in Brussels!
FMSP is a process change, roll out project in which the set up of FM in the different Countries will be aligned.
A concept of what the FM organisation, responsibilities, financial set up etc. needs to be has been created and now needs to be implemented.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in:
implementing the FM changed scope and financial set up. Also HR topics are part of this change, hence someone with good stakeholder management is important
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
IKEA already have a roll out package, so that can be used to start a new country.
The countries have an implementation responsible in the country, who will do the PM work internally, but it depends.

The consultant shall have the following profile:
Knowledge...
The PM should be experienced in Project Management and it would be good if he/she already has experience in change management, since this is NOT and IT implementation, but mainly a change management activity.
Experience in...
Project management, Change management. It must be a person that is flexible in his/her attitude towards project management, since for some countries real project management is more needed than in other where we are basically looking for someone to steer the country more or less.
Following competences must be fulfilled:
Project management - Senior Level
Change management - Senior Level
Project start date:
ASAP
Project end date:
2017-06-30
There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work.
The primary working site(s) will be: Brussels
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
There is some travel required outside the primary working site(s).
