The mission of the Cost Accounting Steering Centre (CASC) is to manage and optimise tools & processes on cost accounting for all entities.
° Tools & Processes related to Expense Allocation
° Tools & Processes related to Invoice Processing (P2P, AR, FA, …), including steering of the Delivery Centres
The Cost Accounting Steering Centre aims at
° Maximizing quality and coherence of accounting data through standardization and harmonization of processes at group level
° Minimizing costs through process and tools convergence based on best practices and synergies creation at group level
° Increasing efficiency through competences bundling at Accounting & Reporting level
° Offering group-wide support to Pôles / Métiers and Functions on Cost Accounting tools, processes and projects
One of the major projects to be realized by CASC is the project One CAPP.
The One CAPP project is to implement Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution for the BNP Paribas domestic market entities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (processing about 600.000 invoices).
SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & requisition/ordering, an external provider for invoice scanning & dematerialization (e-invoicing), centralized offshore operational treatment and connected to an in-house developed centralized general ledger system.

Function Description
You take up the role of Senior Project Manager Pay4U within the project One CAPP
° You manage a team of process managers
o planning and following up process deliverables: process library, process flows, procedures and work instructions in due time
o aligning and cooperating with all involved project actors on process topics
o assuring that process deliverables are in line with main principles defined in target model
o following application of the CASC Process methodology and adapting CASC methodology if necessary
° You are responsible for the operational deployment of One Capp for Pay4U in Morocco and France
o Managing a project team in Belgium and Morocco
o Assuring implementation of the project One Capp, processes and tooling in the departments of Pay4U
o Following up planning, risks, technical issues and ensuring steering committee with the main stakeholders
o Assuring low impact on ongoing operational activities during the transition phase
° You are the expert for your process area
o Fully understanding all the processes & tools around Accounts Payable, Asset Control, Purchase Orders and Accounts Receivable.
o Understanding industry best practice for your area and to what extend this is applicable to the project One CAPP

- Frequency: 1 day a week to France, 1 week a month to Morocco

Remark: this is an estimation. Depending on the evolution of the project One CAPP , travel can be more or less frequent

Education
Master or equivalent by experience in

Languages Requirement
French Fluent (speaking, writing, understanding)
Dutch Optional (speaking, writing, understanding)
English Fluent (speaking, writing, understanding)

Experience
° Managing operational implementation of ERP projects
° Knowledge of P2P processes.
° 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
° A good knowledge of the accounting basics

Preferable
° Knowledge of SAP and/or Readsoft is an asset

Business Experience
Mandatory
Prior experience in process and project management in implementation of ERP projects

Preferable
SAP knowledge, especially implementation experience of FICO, MM, AA, PS, SD/AR.
