MY DUTIES:

-Manage projects from start to finish including budget, scope, schedule and delivery
-Develop customer relationships that drive retention and earn loyalty
-Deliver projects in collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
-Work with engineering and delivery to evaluate projects as well as to align on strategy and project execution
-Manage our remote BPO partner teams
-Push for continuous improvements and promote a smooth workflow between our departments
-Manage the expectations of external and internal stakeholders
-Help project management team grow and succeed

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-You have a proven track record in managing complex projects
-Ability to understand and address challenging technical issues
-Your are an excellent communicator, solution-oriented and have a very structured way of working
-You are curious, open to new ideas and keep on top of the industry and technology trends
-English language skills on a fluent level are mandatory, German language skills are beneficial
-Ability and willingness to travel national and international (10%)
