Senior Project Manager (Air Traffic Management, Belgium)

I am looking for a Full time Senior Project Manager for an ATM Client in Brussels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Support the Chairman of the Program Management Support Team with the management of the program,
- Deputize the Chairman,
- Develop and maintain the rolling 5 Year Work Plan Support (Statement of Work, Gantt, resources),
- Manage and further develop the Multi-Management support for the Client's projects with regard to the full set of on-going implementation projects,
- Develop Strategic Action Plans,
- Support execution of the Client's projects decision processes,
- Draft the program monthly progress report,
- Support the risk management process at program level,
- Support individual projects with the Client's project management expertise and methodology.

In order to be successful the candidate must have:

- Sound professional experience of at least 5 years in the Air Traffic Management/CNS domain,
- Engineering and/or operational background would be an advantage,
- Proven experience in management of complex projects,
- Experience in managing a program portfolio,
- Solid knowledge of the organization of ATM in Europe, and new developments.
- Highly developed oral and written two-way communication, co-operation and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relations,
- Strong leadership and inter-cultural skills, stress resistant,
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem solving skills. Methodical and detail oriented approach. Ability to work autonomously and in a team,
- Excellent working knowledge of English and be able to deliver high quality work in English,
- Master degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience
