Senior Project Manager 60% (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Develop, manage execution, and control the integrated project plan
-Support, and coach project members to provide adequate estimates, perform risk assessments, and comprehensively identify dependencies
-Collaboration with all involved functions, business and IT, develop and execute effective project communication plans
-Stakeholder identification and engagement
-Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops; incl. minutes, action items, follow-ups
-Track resource demand/allocation and consumption
-Establish and maintain risk register
-Manage documentation repository (e.g. gDrive, Sharepoint)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-BS/BA in life science, business, IT or relevant experience
-Profound effective project management experience in IT, biotechnology, medical, life sciences and/or pharmaceuticals
-Strong program and project management experience (preferably PMP certification), familiar with agile and standard project management approaches
-Knowledge about Computer System Validation, GMP processes and compliance
-Knowledge about delivery and maintenance of IT services (ITIL certification a plus)
-Experience in working in complex, globally and functionally dispersed environments
-Fluency in English
