I am looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER within the PHARMACEUTICAL industry in SWITZERLAND You would be working with a fantastic global pharmaceutical company based in ZURICH. They're looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for their team with previous Medical Affairs and CRM knowledge to join the Zurich office.
It is AT LEAST A 5 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE that commences in NOVEMBER.
SCOPE: Coordinate project execution and follow up.
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- In collaboration with the manager, Head of LI and MA Planning, help coordinate the execution of specific LOC
Interaction lead projects:
- EUCAN MSL Leaders Community: collaborative EUCAN-LOC community managing and executing regional initiated projects to improve processes and capabilities of EUCAN MSLs
- Project management
- WebEx and meeting organisation, agenda, minutes, actions follow up
- SharePoint management
- MSL KPIs: Planning and Execution KPIs to be implemented through SMILE CRM by end of FY17 (Fiscal Year 2017 finishes on 31st of March 2018)
- MSL Leaders Task Force follow up: deliveries, timelines, leader and members support
Q2 dashboard execution management:
- Collect Local Operating Country (LOC) files
- Follow up with LOCs
- Support TF leader: excel files integration, dashboard Q2 preparation
- LOC training coordination
- MSL KOL engagement plan: SMILE CRM supported MSL KOL strategic plans to be implemented by end of FY17
- Medical CRM champions coordination (new group)
- Project management: execution follow up, communication
- SMILE CRM implementation coordination
- SMILE BI-LOC interaction team coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes
- LOC train the trainer program support: communication, virtual training organisation
Medical Strategic Framework:
- Follow up with Therapeutic Area leaders (Vangelis, Fiona, Irene, Marlies) EUCAN medical plans sharing and LOC plans reviews
- Project management, execution follow-up.
- VoKOL: Insight gathering system/process
- Therapeutic Area leaders system implementation follow up
- LOC training coordination
Key Capabilities:
- Excellence in project management in a complex Matrix
- Leadership, planning and communication skills
- Collaborative leadership

- Candidate should be good at coordinating people and meetings, experience with data integration and project management
