Senior Project Manager

For an international client in the telecom industry we are looking for a Senior project manager. The duration of the project is for at least 6 months and location is in Amsterdam.

The client is currently looking for someone experienced in the telecom industry and who can cover the day to day delivery of specific outputs within cost, quality and time parameters. This is a senior position and strong communication in English. Furthermore, you will be dealing with stakeholder management and should be able to translate the requirements of the client.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT

- 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- Previous experience in the telecom industry, TV, cable TV industry, Broadband
- Recognized project management certification (eg PMP, Prince 2, etc)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Analytical skills and well organized

THE JOB

- Develop and gain agreement to project plan; provides regular progress reports to key stakeholders
- Working with senior stakeholders and translate the business requirements
- Manage project team resources up to 50 staff (internal/external) in a Matrix environment.
- Full project management and control
