Senior Project Manager - €650 - €750 Euros Per Day - 6 Months Contract - Frankfurt, Germany Montash are engaged with a global client based in Frankfurt, Germany who are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has professional experience of Contact Centre Setups. The client is looking for someone with an ability in both a technical and customer centric sense. The ideal candidate will have an extensive Project Management background with a capability of both technical and change management, as well as experience of contact centre setups (ideally in Germany). Key Skills An extensive background in Project Management, 3 years' minimum. Solid experience of initiation and delivery phase of Contact Centre implementations on an international scale. Solid understanding of the organisational setup of Contact Centre implementation. Ideally a technical understanding of implementing Contact Centres for German based clients so you have an ability to understand German navigation of work councils and laws. Experience and knowledge of going into a large complex environment and setting up a Contact Centre with a mix between ticketing tools, telephony systems and performance tracking. Professional experience of ServiceNow implementation - ideally at least 2 3 years' experience. (Desirable) In depth knowledge of technology to enable you to understand the complexity of requirements. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent German and English is required.
