For one of our clients, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Project Manager for HR IT. This is a contract role in Basel.
Tasks:
- Support of the overall project delivery and ensure that all requirements and dependencies to other tools and processes are addressed
- Project management and create and maintain required documentation (Project Plan, Risk assessment, etc.)
- Leading Project Meetings and follow up and track actions items
- Projects' Compliance review and reporting
- Create Project Presentations and other communication material (eg Google+ Posts)
- Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a successful IT Project Manager within a HR environment (HR transformation or systems implementation)
- Experience with Strategy Definition related to HR topics like Performance Management, Compensation, HR Analytics, HR Servicing
- Strong experience in applying structured Project Management frameworks
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects, project streams and IT services and solutions
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing
- Self-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
Nice to Haves:
- Experiences with Workday
- Advanced German language skills preferred
