Senior Project Manager
Delivers with an end-to-end responsibility complex big-sized projects (e.g. transformation, new type of initiatives&)
Impacting several business processes
Requiring strong change management
Involving several internal and external partners
Key responsibilies
Manages the complete lifecycle of large-scale projects to secure the delivery on time, on budget, on scope and on quality
When applicable, builds a business case related to the delivery of the project
Develops a complex Project Management Plan covering project organization, roles and responsibilities, schedules, budget, risk and quality management plans
Gathers, leads and motivates project team members. Ensures that the various discipline points of contact deliver to agreed targets
Manages and controls the engagement of the stakeholders
Develops a change / transition management plan to secure a smooth transition after the project implementation
Tracks and communicates project progress against defined plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes and milestones
Organizes project steering meetings with directors and C-level members and ensures actions are defined and executed
When required, initiates and manages the RFP process in close cooperation with the purchasing department and all other stakeholders
Secures the project integration across all areas (Customer Service, Sales, Communication&) in the organization
Maintains an exhaustive project documentation including the lessons learned
Makes sure the business needs are fully gathered and the related business processes are defined and translated into detailed business requirements
Defines the project quality requirements including the business / user acceptance criteria
Coaches junior PM profiles by organizing ad-hoc sessions or coaching forums
Follows the latest industry trends of project delivery methods
Develops and ensures the execution of improvement proposals regarding project management processes
Requirements
Very large Project Management expertise (PMP certification is a strong asset)
Proven track record in large-scale transversal projects
Good business environment knowledge
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-challenging and quickly changing environment
Education, specific training and experience: University , Post-university
At least 10 years of Project Management experience of which 5 years in the ICT industry
Strong natural leadership

Creative and persuasive
Relating and influencing skills
Developed communication & presentation skills to senior management
Bilingual FR/EN or NL/EN
