Senior Project Manager

Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a Senior Test Manager to join their banking client for a regulatory project in Zurich, Switzerland.

The jobholder ideally has a risk background, as well as 5+ years of experience working with projects with a budget of around 3.5 Mio.

Project Description:
-Regulatory Project.

The jobholder will design and deliver compliance solutions regarding margin requirements within PBWM worldwide. The detailed requirements will be defined by local regulators (eg US PR, ESMA, FINMA).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Review all Testing documents
Test scheduling
Provide test advice
Review and determine testing resources
Identify and provide/arrange necessary training to test groups
Planning and overseeing all aspects of testing
Overseeing the development of the relevant documents for testing
Ensure adherence to agreed Test Strategy, Plan and project schedules
Control & direct the activities of Testing resources, both internal and external
Analyse and report on test results
Report to the Project Manager
Provide sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live

Must Have skills:

Test Strategy definition experience
Test Plan across different applications
Financial Know How/Banking experience
Functional, Integration, System, Sanity, Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance, Stress and Usability Testing.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective planning and organisational skills
Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty
Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions
