Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Senior Project Manager skilled in planning multiple initiatives

SKILLS:

PROJECT SCOPE:

- Having executed Application (SAAS or Development) Projects in any of the following areas is preferred: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing/Contract Management, Quality, Engineering Systems or Business Intelligence.

SPECIFIC SKILL SET:

- They will need to be very good at planning multiple initiatives - daily follow up with resources, gathering estimates, creating a realistic detailed schedule (hours and duration), and managing the allocation of all resources associated to each initiative.

SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years minimum running as the exclusive IT PM SDLC waterfall application projects (3 years min of mid-large SDLC waterfall projects) throughout the whole life cycle (Initiation to Implementation)
- Good soft skills - able to adjust communication style to the audience. No-one arrogant and no one too passive.
- Go getter - actively reaching out to develop MS Project Plan (WBS) and actively running the project
- Experience managing and reporting Project Actuals to Project Budget
- Good Toolset experience - MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. (Project Server is a plus)
- Plus experiences would be managing a project requiring Validation (Quality) Testing
