- Serves as the key IS liaison and partner to the HR business function.
- Leverages expertise in technology
- Serves as the voice of HR to IS and organizations ensuring appropriate support and services are provided to meet business/functional objectives and service level agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage and influence HR Stakeholders on process and technology decisions aligned to global strategies, processes and solutions
- Work collaboratively with peers within the Global HR CoE and the broader IS Organization.; along with HR, Global HR and BPE to develop multi-year business processand deep understanding of HR business processes to engage and influence HR business partners in delivering business results and HR technology solutions.
