Senior Project Manager

Azule Staffing, located in Eagan, MN, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with our client in Eagan, MN for a minimum of 6-month contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing project management services for teams building and supporting enterprise-class infrastructure solutions for high-profile professionals served by the Legal business as well as other businesses. This position serves as a key leader responsible for planning and implementing technology projects for KEY INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY VISION/TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES. These projects are large, high visibility, and cross-functional in nature.

Primary responsibilities/tasks for project management includes:

Building high quality, collaborative working relationships with executives, technology partners, customers and all other relevant individuals and groups.
Providing proactive thought leadership, work direction and feedback to the project leads and teams.
Driving progress on complex and/or multiple projects relative to scope, schedules, budgets and quality.
Facilitating solutions to complex problems, negotiating and resolving conflicting/changing priorities and managing complex process improvements.
Communicating and reporting issues, risks, dependencies, etc. via regular status to executives, customers, and all other relevant stakeholders.
Collaborating with senior leaders in preparing strategic technology options and direction to ensure the health and stability of our enterprise applications.
Assisting with strategic management of the client legal portfolio including business case management and budgeting.

Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated achievements in planning, directing and implementing complex projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality
Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with Executive audiences
Four-year undergraduate degree in computer science, business, or related field
Seven-plus years related experience, including at least three years of project management experience with software development projects

PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Broad knowledge and/or experience in leading technology projects developed using the Agile methodology.
Familiarity with work/requirements tracking software (Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Masters or advanced degree in computer science, business, or related field
Broad knowledge of legal systems and Online Information & Content systems
PMP certification
