Project description:
Worldline is launching a very important project, namely the complete migration of Bancontact Mister Cash to Bancontact Mister Cash EMV.
For this purpose, all WL terminals (+/-130.000) with a Bancontact-contract need to receive a new software. This happens via a download from our remote terminal server. In addition to this, WL will stop Bancontact R3BC on all these terminals and at the same moment activate BC/MC EMV. This action is called the POS-Migration. Non-WL terminals with an BC/MC contract also need to be migrated(+/- 30.000),idem for E-COM.
Large customers (Carrefour, Delhaize, Lidl, Texaco, ....) + / - 250 in total are informed by our commercial team (Key-accounts). All the feedback is bundled in a joint-migration plan.
Separate from these KIA-merchants all other Large and Mass Market-terminals and dealers, integrators also have to be migrated and coordinated.
Planning:
• EMV Migration Mmarket in fieldtest (teleload, migration,…)- mass rollout migration from June2014
• Migration(Lab test KIA) -sw download pluton1 and migration ongoing
• Migration(Lab test KIA) -sw download pluton2 and migration from 15/7/2014 (Partial Approval)
• Migration(Lab test KIA) -sw download pluton2 and migration from 15/10/2014 (TINA)
• Migration E-COM as from 06/2014(first pilot's)
• Migrationrollout -sw download pluton2 and migration from 15/01/2015 (Partial Approval & Tina)
• Migration-rollout -sw download Neptune and migration from 15/01/2015 (Petrol)
Next to this, the onboarding of new business (Ecomm, Tokheim H2H, Keyware) on the new BCMC EMV Host needs to be coordinated and planned in alignment with the ongoing migration activities.
Activity description:
The Migration Coordinator is a Senior PM who will plan, coordinate and report on migration activities, ensuring full alignment with the delivery planning internally and the commercially agreed upon planning towards external stakeholders.
He/She will mainly focus in short term on the planning of the new onboarding for Ecomm, Tokheim , Keyware, Ores and the alignment with the already existing and ongoing migration planning.
Environment (HW/SW):
(No SW or HW development)
• Much coordination with external and internal stakeholders in order to migrate their terminals to EMV
• Coordination of internal Software loads and migration
Skills:
Sr Project Manager profile (GCM-category: 7)
• Language: Smooth bilingual and English (Spoken and written)
• MS Office: Good knowledge of Excel and Access, Webfocus
• Customer-oriented mind-set
• Excellent planning skills
• Analytical, very punctual
