Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager fulfills the critical role of managing one or more service projects globally over the life cycle of that service. The main accountabilities of the Project Manager are to manage the service life cycle (build, deploy and operate) which includes:

- Lead/Manage design and enhancement functions to ensure services are strategically aligned with business stakeholder's requirements and long term roadmaps.
- Work with stakeholders, particularly the infrastructure SDMs, SMEs and Program Lead to develop and deliver clear service life cycles.
- Manage the adoption of the service within the Global Regions and Markets
- Deliver against project management practices in alignment with the appropriate Project Management Office.
- Ensure proper processes are followed to enable effective operational transition of a service.
- Manage the internal relationships with stakeholders, global teams, business leads, Regional/Market leads

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Delivering a full end user or application service life cycle experience by bridging the needs and requirements of the business stakeholder with the needs and capabilities of Suppliers.
- Managing the initial service implementation and subsequent enhancements. Overseeing assigned service initiatives in his/her area of responsibility including service delivery managers (SDMs) and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Taking accountability for the health of his/her services to meet current and future business needs in close collaboration with the stakeholders.
- Maintaining, meeting and/or exceeding operational success criteria, Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA's)
