Senior Project Manager - M&E/Electrical/Lighting Retrofits - 10+ Month Contract - Milton Keynes

My exclusive global client are urgently looking to secure the services of experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team on a Contract basis for initially 10 months. This is an Electrical biased role where you will be involved in a large rollout of retail lighting retrofit projects. Some experience in this area will be key.

Experience required:
* Experience in the large rollout of retail lighting retrofit projects (ie Banks, Supermarkets etc)

Key Project Roles:
* Main client interface throughout the project delivery
* Responsible for Construction Design Management (CDM) co-ordination and compliance (in collaboration with Clients appointed CDMC for the project)
* Responsible for reporting overall project progress in line with the programme to the Client
* Key line of escalation for the cluster project managers
* Responsible for overall budget control for the project working closely with the QS team to ensure orders are raised and invoices are paid promptly to prevent any delivery delays.
* Responsible for the project design team and ensuring drawings are completed/signed off by the Client to meet programme timeframes
* Responsible for issuing approved drawings to the relevant cluster project manager
* Responsible for co-ordinating metering strategy
