Senior Project Manager

Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for Project Manager. The Project Manager has to start, manage and finish development projects, ensuring the project deliverables are achieved within agreed time, costs and quality level within agreed boundaries, in compliance with the Company Business Creation and Management Process. The Project Manager will lead a customer specific multi-disciplinary project team that handles several development projects in parallel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of Project Management according to the Business Line quality requirements
Create and maintain full scale project plans.
Reports progress and gate passing in the Project Review Board meetings.
Ensures planned project activities are executed timely and efficiently to meet the production start and release schedule.
Professional execution of risk management, use of tools as FMEA and Maturity Matrix.
Compliance to configuration management system with attention to managing change and controlling the project scope.
Ensures design and implementation meets DfX requirements.
Leads a cross functional engineering team for product development ( RF design, productcoaching skills required
Negotiating skills
Knowledge of Business Creation and Management (BCaM) processes
Knowledge of the Capability Maturity Model (CMMi).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
To take decisions with respect to the review planning, escalation, resource assignment, etc within an agreed project plan.
Deployment of activities within the resource pool allocated to the project, taking personal capabilities and personal development aspects into account, in co-operation with Group Leaders.
Setting priorities within the project boundaries.
