Senior Project Manager

A minimum of 12 years business experience; the most recent 6 years have been in the delivery of complex, large scale global projects
* Ability to work effectively cross organizationally and cross culturally in a virtual team preferably in a multi-national, multi-site fast moving environment
* Results driven and you have a proven track record of successfully implementing key programs globally
* Experience in Business Consulting or Continuous Improvement methodologies (eg Six Sigma, LEAN) will be a distinct advantage
* Business Analytics; Business Intelligence knowledge and experience
* IT Systems life cycle experience
* Experience with process capture and future state modelling
* Excellent oral, written and listening skills and ability to present at executive level
* Must be highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with virtual teams of diverse background across the globe and related time zones
* Attention to detail; highly organized and process focused attitude
* Ability to manage short, medium and long-term planning horizons concurrently
* High competence in addressing and communicating to Senior Exec management within the company
* Is comfortable with change in a highly dynamic environment; ability to work to tight deadlines, anticipate and react to a frequently changing business climate
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative business solutions
* Strong analytical and problem solving ability
* Ability to work under and deliver to continual deadline constraints
* Initiative and drive, possess a strong desire to continuously improve systems, processes and deliver against agreed objectives
* Excellent conceptualization and analytical skills enabling comprehension and development of complex business issues
* Exposure to international operations management and IT industry practices
* A high degree of cultural awareness
* Strong mature presence to ensure effective relationships
* Flair for innovation and thinking creativity

Preferred Qualifications

* BA/BSc or equivalent required, A Master's Degree will be an added advantage
* Project Management Institute Certification [PMP]
* Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
