Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages Enterprise project implementation contracts in a customer-facing systems integration lead role.
- Assists to drive and track activities associated with a large retail store WLAN deployment.
- Accountable for project-specific systems integration finance reporting including cost forecasting, cost management, customer satisfaction, project implementation, budgets, and project risk.
- Oversees project-specific tasks related to contracted deliverables, including company products, third-party products, and installations by the company and third-party service partners.
- Recommends corrective actions and implements agreed-upon changes.
- Acts as the liaison between internal teams and field teams.
- Defines and implements systems integration delivery processes for the Enterprise managed service business.
- External customer deliverables include ensuring contractual compliance to deliverables and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services provided.
- May provide mentoring, coaching and act as lead to junior level associates.

SKILLS

Bachelor's degree required, with 8+ years of experience in project or program management. Experience in IT or WLAN deployment projects required. Must have excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively within different functional areas of the business and with the internal management team. Experience and proven track record in managing projects is needed, with excellent project management skills. Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet application and data manipulation is required. Experience with supply chain, inventory or scanning solutions is a significant plus. PMP/PMI or similar certification a plus.
