Senior Project Manager

My client requires a Senior Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in London or Halifax with a daily rate up to £520.

You will need to be mobile and able to travel to different sites mainly Halifax, Bristol or London depending on which site you want to be based at.

You will be working on a HR project.

Purpose of the role:

Manage the delivery and build of the HR Function for the Verde Bank which include the following capabilities:-

*Resourcing
*Talent and Learning
*Employee Relations
*Reward
*HR Operations

Skills and experience required:

*Proven record for delivering HR Function capabilities into large scale organisations.
*Thorough understanding of HR Functions role in large scale organisations.
*Strong communication skills.
*Strong planning and control skills.
*Ability to engage with and manage key stakeholders at a senior level.
*Ability to manage and deliver multiple work streams in a co-ordinated way.
*Experience of delivering large scale projects in challenging timescales within budget/resource constraints.
*PC literate - proven competency to use Word; Excel and Powerpoint.
*Proven track record of delivery in the HR field.
*Understanding of HR operating models.
*Planning, control and delivery skills.
*Ability to produce clear, concise and effective communications.
*Budget management.
