IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for planning and managing parts of global implementation
-Manage effectively external project resources and lead country project teams
-Manage reporting, including milestone status as well as dependency management
-Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions in areas of risk management and mitigation
-Oversee risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis
-Serve as single point of control for project data and comply and communicate project reports
-Actively managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts
-Preparation of presentation material for project meetings and workshops as well as Governance forums
-Manage meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University Degree (preferably Informatics, Science or equivalent) or MBA
-Profound experience as Project Manager, preferably in a global, matrixed and diverse environment
-Experience in Pharma industry
-Strong Project Management skills
-Sound knowledge of standard project tools and methods
-Demonstrated experience in managing complex issues on a global level
-Ability to operate and work with people on virtual basis (remote teams) as well as in multi-cultural project environment
-Strong background in SAP FI-CO and Product Costing is a must
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Fluent in English
