Senior Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Engineer is responsible for all project specific activities both onshore and offshore. This includes Completion of procedures, drawings, equipment and other project documentation as advised by the project manager; Advising vessel and project personnel on all project aspects; Co-ordinating all project documentation and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- For the procurement of project materials required to carry out the project scope of work
- For advising the Vessel/Project personnel on board on all aspects of the project
- For the completion of designs, procedures, drawings and specification according to schedules
- For the co-ordination of the project site
- For liaising with the client, subcontractors and suppliers
- For co-ordination vessel mobilisations and de-mobilisations
- For producing and distributing the project workpack
- For the safe and smooth running of all project specific activities both onshore and offshore
- For ensuring good communications between all project staff and marine crew
- For ensuring project procedures are followed and where required the Management of Change and Task Risk Assessments system adhered to.
