Senior Project Coordinator (Scientific & Manufacturing) wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 7 years' experience in QC/analytical labs with strong IT affinity along with great customer focus skills
- Experience working in a global IT project team in the pharmaceutical sector as well as CSV background and know-how in working with IT Quality
- Profound knowledge in configuring/administration of commercial LIMS, LES or ELN systems is an advantage (LIMS and ELN systems are equal to LES)
- Proactive team player with strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating and assisting in site-team activities involving subject matter experts (SMEs), the global and the local IT teams as appropriate
- Managing escalation of challenges and questions as well as directing and supporting the QC 7 LES method template/development activities
- Managing implementation documentation such as plan/checklist/report, including prioritization
- Supporting local project scheduling (global timelines)
