Your Skills
- Higher education/University degree
- Telecom Engineering (EPF/ETH) as a solid background
- Min. 5 years of work experience in planning and steering projects, project stakeholders and budget plans as well as roadmaps
- Strong communicator, able to liaise fast with the business
- Strong understanding in business needs
- Self driven, reliable, initiative and able to make decisions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team spirit with strong negotiation skills
- Stress resistant
- Motivated
- Experience in aviation would be a big plus

Your Tasks
- You will support an internal senior project manager and an internal project team (diverse Short track/Budget owners)
- You will lead the change/project team which is responsible to deliver expected results according to projects plans
- You as the expert in planning will steer the planning, organization and controlling of resources, procedures and protocols
- You will have to build agreements with managers, especially in terms of resources availability and deadlines and collaborate in the deployment of communication systems, especially new technologies
- You have to assure that the specific project/major short tracks goals will be achieved
- You are responsible to assure the provision of all necessary deliverables, in particular internal documentation and ensure the quality
- You shall enforce the information distribution
- Furthermore you should manage the stakeholder expectation and act as point of contact between the various businesses and technical domains involved in the projects
- You have to assess the risks of the projects and escalate them to the project stakeholders
- You have to participate actively in the project team concerning the appropriateness and the feasibility+ conformance of the selected solutions (according to the network architecture)
