Project/Program Description & Background:
Our client's program is a cross functional, technology enabled program focused on developing and deploying an information layer that will serve as a streamlined information management solution enabling improved access to and management of product information. Our client program is in the process of developing a business and benefits case and has recently undertaken a vendor search and selection to identify a technology partner for the solution. The program is now ready to develop program level and workstream level charter documentation, governance structures and processes, PMO processes and related deliverables and delivering the first use cases.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- F2F Meeting Support: Assist with the design, planning and documentation of 1-2 F2F meetings Cross Program Coordination:
- Identification of key areas of coordination and synergies with other programs and business functions (eg, IDMP, TARIS, etc.)
- Engaging with business, informatics and other cross-client program stakeholders to enable optimal coordination PMO Processes & Documentation:
- PMO objectives & cadence
- Status reporting information needs, templates and processes (eg Project Reports (Clarity)
- Monitor workstreams' statuses and report back to LT.
- Manage meetings and capture RAID and maintain program project plan.
- Document key program and workstream level milestones over the next one to two years or as long as the program is planned to operate.
- Visual description of the roadmap digestible for business leaders.

Must Haves:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a multinational company in an IT Project environment using structured project management processes.
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling.
- CSV work experience and experience in working in an IT Quality environment.
- Excellent English language skills.

Nice to Haves:
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
- Former pharma experience (ideally having worked together with one or more business functions and IT in the past)
- Experience in multi-site deployment project.
- Experience in leading teams.

Languages:
Must have fluent English both written and spoken.
German, Spanish, other languages are nice to have.

Remote work option:
It would be preferred that the candidate works onsite 100%, but remote could be possible once a week prior to approval.
