Senior Project Coordinator

Senior Project Coordinator wanted for an immediate start on a 6 month project in Sydney. This is an urgent assignment with critical deliverables - so if you aren't more or less immediately available this may be an ill timed opportunity.

You will join a world leading organisation in the Telecommunication space. As such you will have experience on large-scale projects, coordinating many teams and clients across multiple project streams in order to meet tight deadlines and deliverables.

Joining the Product Delivery team, you will ideally have worked with Product teams in the past and understand the processes and deliverables involved.

Supporting several Project Managers, you will be an incredibly organised and driven Coordinator. Able to communicate clearly and effectively across internal teams and external stakeholder's; anticipating challenges, handling objections and priortising multiple tasks & responsibilities. It is vital that you have a keen knowledge of the Project Management Life Cycle - working experience with PMBOK and MS Project particularly advantageous.

Due to the scale of this company and the Program in question, you will be a key point of contact with external Clients, and as such expected to present reports and analysis in Power Point presentations. Strong communication skills are key to securing this contract.

The key skills and experiences required for this role are:

- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Advanced skills in MS Project and MS Excel
- Previous experience on Product Delivery projects
- Strong experience in Financial Administration, risk and change management and resource management
