IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Prove project budget Vs actuals on pharma and collecting information on programs
-Work on budget and controlling of various projects
-Define input for project controlling plan (cost, schedule, quality), incl. critical items lists, progress measuring units, trend and forecast methods
-Lead month end process and reconciliations
-Manage rebookings
-Plan and track of costs and reporting
-Provide service based fixed deliverables on monthly basis
-Latest Outlook , forecasting , invoicing , SLA support
-Audit the time sheets, Project transactions, program documentation transactions on ad hoc basis
-Check effectiveness of internal controls as per sarbanes oxley framework and IFRS compliance for accounting
-Build project costs decks and program presentations on ad hoc basis
-Provide detailed analytics for cost center and projects for pharma
-Collect, check and report capture savings
-Support purchase order by diligently checking proposals, liaising with sourcing when necessary and requesting PO creator for PO creation
-Lead SAP analytics on operations and projects under control
-Provide accounting support and educating non financial managers in understanding financial performance of their budgets

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound SAP experience, solid experience in Finance, project control, business planning analyst, in project and business controlling, preferably in international environment
-Sound knowledge in all aspects (cost, schedule, quality) of project controlling, project management and reporting with special focus on trend analysis and forecasting
-Accuracy and consistency of cost data
-Pro-activeness of trending and forecasting
-Solid analytical/data interpretation skills
-Solid computer skills (MS office, MS project, SAP)
-Proficiency in English
