SENIOR PROJECT ASSISTANT, IT PROJECTS, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)
On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic and pro-active SENIOR PROJECT ASSISTANT to provide project management support by actively supporting PMs and carrying out project controlling (2 projects within IT group communications).
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 2 years`experience in coordinating and assisting projects
- Experience in planning, coordinating and tracking of project progress in accordance with a project plan
- Use of PM tolls (Smartsheet or MS Project)
- Good understanding of IT in general
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication skills
THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT INITIALLY, WITH A POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION. START DATE: IDEALLY ASAP.
