MY DUTIES:

-Supporting the department in achieving its strategic objectives by successfully managing and delivering on strategic enabling projects to transform and/ or build capabilities in the business
-Leading the planning and implementation of global, medium- to long-term, high visibility strategic and agile projects including the management of global cross-functional project teams and key project stakeholders
-Ensuring that effective and fit-for-purpose project management methodologies, process, and tools are in place and utilized
-Addressing project approach, plan, and timeline, change management and stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management as well as benefits realization
-Managing engagement of key project stakeholders as well as project team members
-Assuming accountability for on-time, high-quality and within-budget delivery of all business-related project deliverables
-Acting with the expected professionalism and expertise as a representative of Portfolio & Project Management Group

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experienced Project Manager in organisational transformation/ organisational redesign, managing multiple work streams and designing and executing robust change management & communications activities
-Knowledge and experience in drug development, drug safety, and/or pharmacovigilance is desirable
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
