Senior Programmer - Contract

Our client are a first party developer and market leader in the motion gaming space, they continue to push the boundaries with innovation and new technology development. With a history of award-winning franchises on multiple platforms stretching back through three decades of gaming, my client remains on the leading edge of high-quality entertainment and innovation.

Due to recent expansion, they're looking to hire a Senior Programmer to be a key contributor on an unannounced title.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about games (and game development) and has significant experience designing and implementing modern rendering engines (DX11). The role will focus on ensuring performance and rendering quality requirements are met.

Essential Experience:
A minimum of 1 shipped AAA title as a senior or lead graphics programmer on the current generation (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) A minimum of 5 years' graphics programming experience Direct X 11 experience Have contributed significantly to the performance and optimisation phase of a title

Please note that this is a temporary contract position. Contract length is to April 2013. Day rate flexible on experience.
