Senior Programmer/Analyst - Legacy Upgrade/Data Conversion

Title: Data Conversion and Legacy System Interface Project

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 12months +

Contract Terms: W-2, CTC - Open

OVERVIEW

This project is about data conversion (converting data from Legacy systems to Oracle E-business suite before they are retired) and interface updates and upgrades to the Legacy system that will not be decommissioned.

PROJECT ROLE: Sr. Programmer/Systems Analyst

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum two (2) years' experience identifying necessary changes and modifying Legacy systems developed in Oracle (Forms) or Visual Basic (VB6) or ASP.NET(C#, VB.NET), and SQL Server experience is required.

A minimum of 7 years in design and programming of software systems.

A Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is required.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of three (3) years of experience converting Legacy system data to a PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials solution for the public sector, gained within the past five (5) years.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience building and testing interfaces from Legacy systems to a PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials ERP for the public sector, gained in the past five (5) years.
