Senior Programmer

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

5 years advanced experience developing and maintaining custom large scale systems which include interfaces to enterprise systems
Effective oral and written communication is required

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
Help migrate WASD custom Oracle applications which include Meter Shop Daily Log (MSDL), Permitting Database System (PDS), and Put or Pay System (POPS) from Oracle Forms to .Net using Morphis/ATX, as required by ITD. In addition, assistance is required to rewrite the Elapsed Time Management System (ETMS) and Overflow Prevention Program (OPP) applications using MVC and SQL Server. The Paving System (WPDS) will also be rewritten to include recommendations outlined in the recent paving payment process evaluation performed by WASD.

Minimum technical requirements include:
