SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER (TELCO) AUCKLAND NZ

18 - 24 MONTHS CONTRACT

MUST HAVE:

- 10+ YEARS PROGRAMME MGT
- 5+ YEARS TELCO/MOBILE EXPERIENCE (BILLING PREFERABLY)
- Experience managing a $10m+ programme
- Experience managing on-shore/off-shore teams (NZ, India, Aus) INFONOVA EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE
- MSP practitioner certified (or equivalent)
- Prepared to be based in New Zealand (Auckland) for 18-24 months

You should have a solid background working on large scale, enterprise level, complex Telco/Mobile projects & ideally have as strong knowledge of (BSS) or OSS in a Telco context.

Exceptional candidates focused more generally around the Telco sector with experience of large, complex software implementations/integrations will also be considered. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track with Tier 1 level companies to work on complex, blue chip Telco projects

- Understand currently ongoing projects in the application and Telco infrastructure domain through interaction with customer and third party vendors and develop plans for operational acceptance
- Manage scheduling of releases and changes across Pre-production environments
- Drive schedule and plan of changes through Technical delivery teams
- Facilitate project handover between Technical teams from third parties and consultancy technical resources
- Interact with customer stakeholders/internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Define work-packages, scope, work estimates, deliverable structures, deliverable description and project delivery schedules
- Define and setup project delivery teams for project delivery.
- Drive execution of work-packages and ensure delivery timelines and delivery quality
